PURPOSE AND VISION

To see these young men and women learning and growing closer in relationship with Jesus. We desire to see them healthy spiritually, emotionally, physically, relationally. Our goal is to work alongside the Holy Spirit in loving and shaping them in this huge developmental season so that they are prepared for where God leads them after graduation.

Members of this team meet at 9:30 on the designated Baptism Sundays with Pastor Sharon and those being baptized for prayer & preparation.

If you have a desire to serve the Lord in a very practical and hands-on way, then this ministry may be for you! We are always looking for folks who enjoy working with their hands, helping with indoor and outdoor projects, and general upkeep of the building. There are always needs and ways in which we can help take care of the church building and property. We would love to have you join the team!

Regardless of your skill level, there are ways you can help, and we need you!

Cafe Team: Members of this team serve in the Atrium Café before & after Sunday services & some Special Events.

There are many needs represented in our church family at any given time. Our Care Team takes hold of the opportunity to be a helping hand extended in a time of need.

We offer Nursery & Classes from Birth through 6th grade, both on Sundays & Wednesdays. We have vibrant & amazing children! It is a true joy to minister to them & teach them the ways of Jesus.

Cookie Bakers: This team of people bakes 48 cookies at a time & packages them (bags are provided) for Visitor Bags.

Commitment: Once every 2 months

Meet and greet at one of our two Main Entrances, and hand out materials at the entrances.

Commitment: 2 Sundays a month, 9:30 am - 10:10 am.

Information Desk Attendants: Greet and direct people as they enter, give gift bags to visitors, and assist with sign-ups.

Commitment: 9:30 am - 10:10 am on Sunday mornings.

When a family experiences severe illness, major surgery, or the passing of a loved one in their immediate family, this team cares for the family by providing a meal to help ease the burden of caring for their family.

We do our best to call on separate teams within this group to provide meals at needed times.

Please be considerate about safety measures, and make sure everything is clean and nice, and follow procedures in the meal train about calling ahead before going.

These meals are coordinated through MealTrain.

The Media Team of the church strives to provide a means through which music, song, and spoken word, that glorifies the Lord, can be magnified in numerous different methods for the enrichment of the body of Christ at CLI Church. These methods include sound, lighting, video, presentation, projection, and others!

Time commitment and involvement vary based on the position, but in general, 30 minutes before each service until 10 minutes after service, on a rotation is typical. Special services and programs require additional time as well.

CLI Kids is a ministry that is equipping families and discipline children to experience a full life with Jesus.

We’d love to have to join our team by serving parents and caregivers, and giving them peace of mind while they enjoy the church service. Come join this team of volunteers, who love on and care for the littlest of our church members!

PURPOSE AND VISION

• The purpose of the Outreach Ministry is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with those who have yet to come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.

• The mission of Outreach is given to each believer to advance the Kingdom of God.

• We believe this is accomplished first through a personal witness, meeting the needs of those around us - both domestic and abroad, and generously sharing the Love and Kindness of God since that is what draws each one to turn away from their sin.

The Ushers Team exists to help and serve the congregation in many ways.

They are to be stationed at the sanctuary doors before service, hand out materials upon request of the Pastor, serve at the altar, help church members who need special assistance, etc.

Commitment: 2 Sundays a month, 9:30 am until the Sanctuary empties after service.

The Worship Team of CLI Church is an exciting & vibrant family of worshipers! We have ONE assignment - to exalt the Name Of Jesus! Leading this church family in worship is a precious opportunity that we do not take lightly. Each Sunday we come together to celebrate God's goodness with hearts full of thanksgiving!

We invite you to join our team! The Worship Team offers several different areas of involvement. Our practices are held on Wednesday evenings during the mid-week service time. We would love for you to join us!
